The- difficulty at the Koslyn Woollen Mills has apparently reached an acute stage. la. the beginning twelve ino and two boys left .their employment as a protest against the decision ot_ the management to employ a new MiD-toroman. At a mass meeting of the mill hands on Saturday night it was unanimously decided that negotiations for a secernent bo opened up, and tho meeting also resolved, with one dissentient, m iavout of supporting the Ji<v;ds who are out.
