MELBA'S OPERA SEASON
(Roe. April 2, 9.30 p.m.) London, March 2G. Madame Melba has concluded arrange ments for her opera concert season. She will break a rule held for a number of years by opening the opera season at Covent Garden on May 5, and mil subsenuently give a concert at the Albert Hall M the latter she will be associated with Sir Henry Wood's orchestra, and she will also appear at a classical concert in the Queen's Hall. Owing u> shipping difficulties Melba was compelled to forgo a concert engagement in America worth .E10.G00.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
