The Press Bureau reports that all the present restrictions on the sale and c'istri'lmtion of live stock for slaughter will be removed on September 30. Meat rationing will be terminated, on Juno JO. IMPERIAL TRADE THE HOUSE OP COMMONS DEBATE. London, April 2. Mr. Bonar Law, sneaking on the fiscal debate in the House of Commons (part of his speech was reported yesterday), said that the Government had completed a Bill to prevent dumping. Tho fiscal questiou must bo considered apart from the old prejudices. He was convinced that the workers would see that wages could not bo maintained at their present level unless the same markets were retained. Tho Government would survey the whole Held and present the Hoiiso with a iullydeveloped policy.-Aus.-N.H. Cable Assn.
