CUSTOMS REVENUE
RECORD LIQUOE FIGURES.
The Hon. Arthur Myers, Minister of Customs, gave the following interesting particulars yesterday regarding the Customs Tovenne and beer duty, for the month of March, 1919, as compared with that month of 1918; also for the financial year ending March 31, as comaared with preceding years. The Minister stated that the-Customs duty for the year just ended exceeded the' estimate by .£331,000, and the beer duty exceeded the estimate by .£48,000. Customs Excise duty, beer duty.
