ULTIMATUM FROM MARSHAL FOCH FORTY-EIGHT HOURS FOR REPLY By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Paris, March 31. Marshal Foch has notified Germany to, send delegates with plenary powers to Spa on April 3 to give a decision rewinding Danzig within forty-eight hours. It is reported from Uerliu that tho German Government adheres to its refusal to permit tho landing of troops at Danzig.
