Abraham and William*., W-. report that on March 27 at tho Pio Pio sale-yards a small entry of both sheep and cattlo carao 'forward., : Thc sale throughout was not very brisk, most ot the yardings meeting with poor <ompetition. Prices ruling were as . follow :- Small lambs, ss. to 7s. 6d.; 20-inonth steers £7 to £8; 15-month steers, good, bo £7'lss-: 2-ycar heifers, r.w.b., £7 12s. Meßsrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report thatihey held their sale ,at Jiangawelca on Thursday, when goon yardings of sheep and cattle came forward, 'lhe sale showed an improved tone. About 200 cattle, on account of Mr. W. F. Stevens, sold 'in conjunction with Ualgety and Co., met with a ready sale.
