FALSE DECLARATION AS TO AGE. By Telegraph—Press Association Dunedin, March 31. At the Police Court this .morning John Alfred Watson and Pearl Uertrudo .Watson were charged' with committing 'a breach of the Marriage Act by making a false declaration regarding tiio age of the female accnscd. They declared the woman was over 21 when her ago was only fifteen. The girl's, father informed the Magistrate that he was willing to allow the young couplo to "carry on.' They pleaded guilty ami were committed for sentence.
