London, March 29. Horace Eayner, the murderer of William Whiteley, in January, 1907, has been released on the ground of ill-health.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [Eayner, who was then 29 years of age, was sentenced to death, but tho sentence was commuted to one of penal servitude for life.]
