MURDERER OF A MOTOR-DRIVER, Adelaide, March 28. Budd was found guilty of the murder of Jacques and sentenced to death.— Press Assn. ROn November 22 a motor driver named Harold Jacques was engaged to drive l n man named Budd from Adelaide to Crystal Brook.-. ..Jacques's body, the head battered to a pulp, was' found buried beneath his own car in premises at Port Pirio. whore Budd lodged. Hilda's landlady slated that Budd dug n hole; stating that-ho intended clearing "the under-gcar of the motor-car.- Subsequently the car was brought in and a shed erected over it. Budd was arrested on a charge of murdering Jacques. Ho stated that ho bought tho car for .1300.]
