NAVAL CHANGES
NEW DISTRIBUTION PLANS, (Rec. March 28, 7.20 pjnu) Sydney, March 28. Following the dispersal of the Grand Fleet the Admiralty has drawn up newplans for its distribution. The Navy is divided into various squadrons in horns and foreign waters. Tho Home "Fleet is commanded by Vica-AAroiral Sir Henry Oliver. Tho Atlantio squadrons based on homo ports are commanded by Admiral Sir Charles Madden. The >Weed Atlantic Squadron, which is based on Bermuda, is commanded 'by Rear-Ad-niiral Everett. Vice-Admiral Sir John de. Robeck retains command in the Mediterranean, and his flagship is the Iron Duke. ' Vice-Admiral Sir Alexander Duff' is appointed ' commander on the China Station. It is understood that Rear-Admiral Sir Roger E!eyes. will take a battle-cruiser squadron oh an exteneivo tour in foreign waters—"The Times.''■ "■ ■■•■ ■
