M'Ewnn,' and W. Wallis wore present at the /monthly meeting of the HarVmr Board, held last evening. Leave of absence was granted to Mr. Maurice Cohen. The linancinl statomont wae as follows:—Current account, credit, 471,111 10s.; imprest necount, credit. £UW 13«. id.; on fixed deposit, .OT,OOO. Payments: Accounts and ivages, JJ39.581 11s. (id.; salaries for March, .£1023 12s. -id.; total, £10,605 3e. iOd. Tho chiiirman of the board reported that of the two electric tractors ordered one had come to hand and would be shortly in use. Advice of the ehimnoi'.t of the second ono had been received, and it was hoped thnt it would arrive within the next fsw days.
