It will 'be <«nieinbere(l that iu making Iho proposal Dr. Barclay laid down certain ri»id rules which nuist he conformed to by those- prepared to undergo the training" Volunteers must be prepared to reside for a fortnight at least m the .precincts of Ihe hospital, and must con. form to its rules and discipline. , . .
