RELAXED ON T ISSUES FOR DOMESTIC PURPOSES. (Bee March 25, 9.50 p.m.) London, March 24. The Government is abandoning the restrictions on new capital issues for domestic purposes. The restrictions will continue to operate on investments outside the United Kingdom, except under license.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
