Tho "Daily Express" says t]iat flj'iga-dier-Ceneral Seely announces a novel aeroplane which, has developed unprecedented qualities. It is _ tailless, square-shaped, has two sets of planes fore and aft, with two or three cars swung between. A speed of two h«ndr«l miles an hour is easily attained.
