FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong easterly winds northwards ot Kawhia and East Oapey and freshening northerließ elsewhere. Expeot warm and hazy weather, but unsettled in tho northern and southernmost districts, with cloudiness increasing generally. Barometer fall everywhere shortly, and conditions are somewhat threatening in the far north. Antioyclonic pressure lias overspread the Dominion, and fair weather and variablo breeres ha.ve prevailed.
