WHAT AMEEICA IS DOING. (Eec. March 18,, 11.5 p.m.) London, March 17. Eeplying to the Admiralty's contention that it is impracticable to utilise warships to convey troops to the dominions, it is pointed out that America is utilising warships successfully for- the same purpose, vessels of the pre-Dreadnought typo carrying twelvo hundred—Aus.-KZ.
