EIGHT HON. G. AV. E. EUSSELL. (Eec. March 18, 11.5 p.m.) London, March 17. Tho Eight-Hon. G. AV. E. Eussell is dead, aged fiS. t'J'lic late Eight Hon. G. AV. E. Eussell was the youngest son of the lato Lord Charles Eussell, sixth son of (ho Duke of Hertford. He sat in the House of Commons from ISSO to ISSS, and from 1892 to ISfls; was at various periods Pailiamentary Secretary to the Local Government Board. Under-Secretary for India, and Under-Secretary fo the Homo Department. Ho was tho author of a number of works of a philosophic and religious character.!
