WARM WELCOME AT AUCKLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, March 17. The troopship Hororata reached Auckland this afternoon. The Auckland soldiers on board were given a rousing reception. Next-of-kin met the 6teamer in a ferry boat, and a seaplane dropped a message of welcome aboard. Crowds lined the waterfront, and a salute was fired from the forts.

The Acting-Primo Minister (Sir James Allen) has received the followinginessage from the Governor-General:—"Will you kindly convey 'to the men who are returning by the Hororata, and who, I understand, constitute a large portion of tho Main Body men, the heartiest greetings of Lady Liverpool and myself on their return to the Dominion."
