WANTED, PROOF OF DEATH
SUPREME COURT ACTION OVER EXTSAR'S LIABILITY. New York, March 14. Bernard Naumberg, a New York lawyer, has npproached the Supreme Court to ascertain whether the cx-Tsar of Russia is dead. Naumberg holds a judgment against the ex-Tsav for over ,£20,000 for . the delivery of sugar to Russia on the ' Tsar's orders before the latter's downfall. The Tsar had ,E200,000 on deposit nt the National City Bank of New York, ibut tho bank will not pay on the judgment till it is proved that the Tsaff is dead.—Reu tar.
