. PLANS FOR COMING SEASON. By Teleftrauh—Pr&»s Association. Auckland, March 15. The council of the i\ev I'ealand Rugby League discussed the proposal for an 'Australian tour. It was decided to appoint three delegates—two from Auckland and ono from Canterbury. Messrs. James Carlaw and H. Oakley were appointed managers of the touring team. It was resolved to extend a' hearty invitation to tho English touring team to visit New ] Zealand. . ■■ I
