ALLIES , CONDITIONS ACCEPTED (Eec. March 10', 5.5 p.m.) London, March 15. The German delegates at Brussels have accepted the Allies' conditions.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. GERMAN MERCHANTMEN THE ALLIES' DECISION. ■ Brussels.. March 14. Sir Bosslyn Wetnyss has presented the Allies' decision to the German delegates with reference to the handing over of tho German merchantmen in exchange for food.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. TONNAGE TO BE HANDED OVER. (Eec. March IC, 11 p.m.) London, March 15. The handing over of tho German merchantmen to the Allies will commence iminediiitely. Germany will deliver 3,500,000 tons of shipping. Britain, France and America will divide the large steamers. Britain till take, over three-fourths of the cargo tonnage.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
