The Hon. T. M. Wilford, Minister of Justice, has returned to Wellington after paving a visit to the West Coast. While on the Coast he conferred with the members of the Greyiuonth Harbour Board and the Westport Harbour Board, and lie also received many deputations -on publi.- business. The Town Clerk (Mr. J. K. Mr. Duncan Xevon, advance agent for jl,||j, Dolores, arrive,d in Wellington yesterday from the north, to make arrangements for the return Wellington season.
