No. 1 Group, dated January 25, 1919, and retains the temporary rank of major whilst so employed. Lieutenant Edward T. Rowllings, N.Z. Staff Corps, is appointed Group Commander (temp.) No. 7 Group, and is granted the temporary rank of captain whilst so employed. ' Dated January 26, wn. Lieu tenant-Colonel David S. AVylie, C.M.G,, M.8., N.Z. Medical Corps (N.Z.E.I; 1 .), is granted the temporary rank of colonel whilst holding the appointment of consulting surgeon in special military surgery, N.Z. Military Forces. (January 20, 1919) Maior John 31. Cliisholm, Queen Alexandra's 2nd (Wellington-West _ Coast) Mounted Rifles, vacates tho appointment of Area Officer. Oamaru, and is appointed Group Commander (temp.) No. 16 Group. (September 25, 1918.) . . Stiff Quartermaster-Sergeant Frederick A. Brownjohn is granted the temporary rank of lieutenant in the Unattached List (b), General List, whilst holding the appointment of officer in iharge stores branch of the Director of Railways aud Work;. Ringlaud, Reserve of Officers. 9th (Hawke's Bay) Regiment, relinquishes the appointment of Group Commander No. 7 Group (January 2G, lor.i > ~ „ Maior Henry Jolly. 3rd (Auckland) Mounted Rifles, relinquishes the appointment of Group Commander No. 1 Group. (January 25, 1919.) Major (temp.) Daniel J. Sweetzer, relinquishes the appointment of Gamp Adjut nit, Trentliam Camp and is appointed Camp Commandant, Trentliam. (Januar.7 7, 1919.) Captain Goorge Myers, Bth (Southland) Regiment, relinquishes the appointment of assistant adjutant-general O.tago Military District. (January 31, 1919.) Captain) William A. Izard, Unr.ctached List (b), relinquishes the appointment of military representative to a military service board, and the temporary rank of captain whilst so employed.
