SOLDIERS'VOTES

After hearing a deputation of returned soldiers, the Auckland branch of the Efficiency League telegraphed to Sir James Allen: "Soldiers have a real grievance. Some of them will be disfranchised if steps aro not taken to enable every returned man to vote," and suggesting that t'liose not enrolled be enabled to do so on affidavit.
