SOUTH AFRICAN REBELS
PBOPOSED AMNESTY. (Rec. March 13, 9.50 p.m.) Capo Town, March 12. In the Assembly tho Acting Premier announced that he proposed to introduce Bills granting an amnesty to the rebels of the 1911 rebellion. The Minister of Interior annonmces that he will introduce a Bill providing under certain circumstances repatriation of enemy subjects.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
