SIR ROBERT BORDEN'S VIEWS Paris, March 10. Sir Robert Borden (Prims 'Minister of Canada) slated to an American interviewer that he was thoroughly in accord irilh the idea, that there should ho no secret treaties. The old diplomacy must bo done away with if the nations would avoid the perils of the past. Canada, said Sir Robert, favoured cooperation with the- United States with a view of working out the problems confronting the British, and American .policies in the Pacific.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
