A number of bans ' were granted and grants were mado 1 i-hurches needing aid. Officers were elected as follow: niiin of Union, Rev. Harry Johnson (i t. Eden); secretary, Rev. A. .E. Hunt (ic-i eleelcd); treasurer, Mr. F. Mendowcyoft (re-elected); auditor. Mr. H. b. Millei, preacher, Rev. W. Tanner. ; It was decided to hold next years conference in Dunedin. Tho proceedings of the conference concluded to-night with the, annua sermon. A number of delegates left ior the south to-night, and the remainder will leays to-iuorrow. / =====
