CHANGEABLE WEATHER
A stiff nor'-wester yesterday brought a distinct change in the weather prospects, and the indications now point to a break in tho long summer spell. According to the official forecast, strong southerly winds axe expected,- with squally, ehangeable, aod oooler weather, and heavy sboweis in many parts of the country. •
