The position with repird to the accumulation of wool in the storea at Auckland has been considerably/relieved by the fact that the steamship Livincstoiiia,. now in port, has lifted some 13,000 bales. There-fire.at present in store about -16,001) bales, in addition to which there is a 'bi» .'accumulation of scoured-ami R.liped wool amounting romrhly to about.'-15.000 bales. Contrary to all expootnlions. the wool this year, ■ notwithstanding-.the fact -that the epidemic delayed the shearing to n.l considerable ex lent, is not' nearly as seedy a≤ that of last year. • .
