A SAMOAN CEREMONY
TO WELCOME ACTING ADMINISTEATOK. By Telegraph—Pross Association. Auckland, March 11. There was a largo assemblage of Nativos at Mulinuu, Samoa, on January 28, when the picturesque ceremony known as "taalolo" took place to welcome the Acting-Administrator, Colonel Tate, on his .arrival in Samoa to relieve Colonel Logan, who is at present on leave in New Zealand.
