BOWLS
RESULTS OF SATURDAY'S GAMES Warm weather and keen greons made happy the'heart of the bowler on Saturday afternoon. After a month of warm autumn Weather some of the city greens are beginning to develop bare patches, and twenty-four hours' steady rain .would act as a beneficent refresher to enable the greens to hang out for the season wthout becoming altogether bald. The pennants have been completed, and Newtown came out the winner with an unbeaten record. It is notable that this club also won the rink contest! sustaining its fine record for rink play in matches.
