; Sitting in the pivorce Court yesterday Hl9 Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert ■ Stout) heard the petition- of Eliza Comb, who sought a dissolution of her marriage with Lewis Domb, who was born at Lodz, in Russian Poland, on'the .grounds of misconduct. Tho parties were married at the Registry Office in Wellington, on . February-7, 1912, and there was one child of the marriage. The respondent went to the war,, and on his return the, parties lived together for about a month, when lie said he had a girl in England. Later the petitioner found some compromising letters, and taxed .the .respondent with misconduct. He. admitted, the-offence, and signed a statement-to that--effect. Mr. A. Dunn appeared for the petitioner. Decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute in three months..
