The monthly sitting, of the Lower Hutt Magistrate's Court vas held yostcrday before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M., and Mr. J. WiTkins, J.P. Benjamin Jfudgiyay, junior, for breach of a prohibition order, was fined 20s. and costs.
For failinpr to clear his section of noxious weeds; John M'Callum was fined JK and costs.
E. Bryant applied for the cancellation of a'(maintenance, rvder of ,ss. per week in respect to \\U adopted son, who is at present at the Wenu-oa Training Farm. An order was made for the cancellation of tlii» order and remittance of arrears amounting to .£29 !ss.
