It was agreed, oii the motion of CounIcillor Thompson, "That a special commit- ' tee be appointed to fully consider tho .proposed exchange of land between tho Railway the Harbour Board, and the Cqrporation,.<nece3sitated by the : resumption of Thoa-ndon Bsplanaclo by the Railway Department, and further to . consider the use of the land proposed to '.be obtained by the Corporation on tho harbour reclamation adjacent to the Corporation yards."
