The "Daily Chronicle's" correspondent at Geneva telegraphs:—"A correspondent at Kieff discloses the fact that Lenin and Trotsky planned to renew the BrestLilovak coup which proved so successful with Germany, and thus entice the Entente into an apparently advantageous peace with the view to undermining the Allied Governments by propnpagandii. An extraordinary council of war was held at the Kremlin, and it was decided to accept the invitation to Princes Island, with a view to subsequently developing tho Bolshevik doctrine throughout the world."—Aus.-N.Z. Soviet Congress that the critical moment has passed, and complete victory is assured for the Bolsheviki. "Tho Allies." ho said, "are i unwilling to intervene. There were four tasks ahead: To occupy the Murman and Archangel coasts, seize river exits on the Black Sea, reach the Prussian frontier, and chase the enemy beyond the Urals. When the Bolsheviks entered Kieff they transferred the population from tb* eluin quarters to the houses oflhe wealthy people, and vice versa, 'ihey also made a levy on the city amounting to two hundred million roubles.
