ALLEGED BOGUS ENROLMENTS.

Questions about the enrolment of persons on tho municipal roll were asked at the meeting of the City Council last night. Councillor Wright said it was rumoured that bogus enrolments were being made, and he asked whether steps were taken to test the genuineness of applications being made. The Town Clpvk said that there was no means of making any such test. Tho law was that he had to accept any written application that, was in order.
