Affairs wrote with respect to the projected townplanning exhibition and conference, antl caking the board to appint a delegate. The chairmen was appointed the board's delegate. Mrs. Hugo' wrote forwarding an enlarged photograph of Her eon, the late Lieutenant G. W. A. Hugo, to be. hung near the momorinl tablet. Mrs. Hugo aleo intimated that the silver challenge cup presented by her for rifle shooting by the cadets of tTie College was not to be> won outright, but the. winner each year would be presented with a trophy to the value of M Iβ. Mrs. Hugo was accorded a hearty vote of thanks.
