LEADERS ADMIT DEFEAT. (Eec. March 4, 7.45 p.m.) London, March 3. The strike leaders huve terminated the strike at, the North-East Coast shipyards after eicht weeks' struggle. They admit that the men ware beaten. The strike cost the unions two hundred thousand sterliiiK-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
