CONDEMNED IN THE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY. (Kec. March 2, 5.5 p.m.) Cape Town, March 1. The Hoii'so of Assembly/by 78 votes to 24, adopted a resolution condemning the Kepublican agitation. The minority vote was purely Nationalist,—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Aeen. !
