SQUABBLE OVER A DEBT AFFRAY IN CAMBRIDGE TERRACE The attention of Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M., was occupied for some time yesterday in hearing a case in which John Robert Burley, storekeeper, of Hankey Street, proceeded against a driver nnineu i James jfierrylees Robertson, of Cambridge Terrace, on an information ot assault. Mr. Hoggard appeared for complainant. Hurley said that on the evening of February 7 he called at defendants house in order to collect, the balance ot a debt which had been owing to him lor a period of nine months. He had called at least thirty times before, and nau received small amounts, but oil the present occasion defendant told" huni to get off the premises, calling him a lresujterian mongrel."
