FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY, Present- indications are for South-east to north-east winds prevailing and; increasing. Dull, misty -weather is probable in the northern and East Ooast districts of the North Island, and fair to cloudy conditions elsewhere. Barometer little movement. Anti-cyclonic pressure, with fair weather, has prevailed generally;, but cloudy conditions have been experienced at times in tho northern and southerumoat district*.
