A most enjoyable picnic was hold by tho Victoria Laundry Company's employees at Titahi Bay on Saturday. heren motor buses carried the picnic pnrly to'tlia bay, which was reached at 1f1.30 n.ni. Sundry children's races were also run. The' prizes were presented by Mr. »• Naismith, malinger of the company. Opportunity was taken to present Mr.-Nai-smith and his wife with a case.of nfterdinner coffee set in Doulton china and silver-wnre, with silver plate, suitably eiigraved. Mr. Flanagan, who made tno presentation, referred to the great re,spect and esteem in which Mr. Naism'.tl' Vas held.
