FRENCH DESTROYER ]N THE KIEL CANAL.
(Rec February 25, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, February 24. A French destroyer captured two German merchantmen in the Baltic, and wished to take them through the lue Canal but the German authorities ehiit the Kates at Brnnsbnttel.
