ASSAILANT ASSOCIATE OF RUSSIAN NIHILISTS Paris, February 20. Cottin, who shot M. Clemenceau, has been associating with Russian Nihilists among the prisoners recenfly armed in France from Germany. The police are •searching for a person who came Irpm CtarlZnd and had a long interview with Cottin prior to the footing of M. Clemenceau. It is believed that he instiuated the crime.-Aus.-N.Z.
