New York, The Hague correspondent of the 'Chicago News", interviewed an officer of the British \ray, who states that thousands of men, women, and children are dying of starvation in Bohemia. Wealthy British and American mothers should secure a vessel to transport fate, medicines, and milk for the women and chil-dren—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
