PARLIAMENTARY RULES
NEW BRITISH PROCEDURE CRITICISED. London, February 20. Several newspapers deprecate the proposal which the Government accepted with alacrity, that the new rule of proceduve should permit members ot tne House personally to rise after questions in order that members may attend the Standing Committees. The newspapers describe the proposal as suicidal, It is impossible to find a more certain way of depreciating Parliamentary currency.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.'
