At a meeting of Manchester firms asso. cialed with the British Manufacturers Association it was decided to amalgamate with the Federation of British Indus, tries for the purpose of concentrating on overseas trade. The chairman, Sir Charles Manrtele. berg, eaid it was proposed to establish trade commissioners in the overseas markets to protect and advise members — Aus -N.Z. Cable Assn.
