RETURNED OFFICERS' INSTITUTE
A NEW ORGANISATION. By Telegraph-Press Association. Auckland, February 22. A Returned Officers* Institute has been formed in Auckland. Its objects are to a'sist in repatriation, establish scholarships for' children of deceased officers, and create a benevolent fund to assist members of needy dependants. There will be about 4000 officers on the completion of demobilisation, and. if willing, they should be of invaluable help in creating an efficient army for.home defence. .
