TRAMWAY FATALITY. By Tolegrapi.-I'rct" .Assnulation. • Auckland, February 20. Mrs. Robert 'LVentyman, of (lie Thames, who was visiting Auckland, fell off a tram to-night and received injuries to her ihlciill which resulted in her death in the hospital. A roan named Muhaney Bartholeinon fell from a south-bonnd tramcar shortly after 7 o'clock-and sustained injuries to his head. He was taken to the hospital. A' lad named Ernest Brittain, 9 years of age, son of Ernest .Frederick Brittain, en"ineer in the employ of the Welliriaton Harbour Board, died at thv hospital on Wednesday while being operated ujsim for the removal of the spleen. An inquest will be held. "The police received \jiformation yesterday that u man named Herbert J. Jillett 1 committed suicide at Titahi Bay, using a gun for the purpose.
