' DIVORCE SITTING.

Mr. Justice Edwards and a jury of twelve yesterday morning commenced the hearing of <1 divorce suit brought by Philip Desire England against his wite Daphne Hetty Englilud and Richard A. S. Judd (co-respondent), 011 tho ground of adultery.

There was a cross-potition by Mrs. England, alleging that her husband hnd committed adultery prior to the date of the adultery alleged her, Mr. J. I?, Reed, K.C. .(Auckland), and Mr. H. F. O'Learj- appeared for Philip England, and Mr.' P. W. Jackson for Daphne England. and Judd, who was a lieutenant in tho New Zealand Expeditionary- Forces.
